General
Designed for cycling enthusiasts fond of adventure, both off-road and on pavement, the new Hubba Hubba Bikepack 1-person tent has been meticulously thought out for life on two wheels. Well-conceived features that all cyclists will notice, combined with a sizable interior volume, make this tent the best in its category.
Technical details
- Lightness: a minimal weight of 900 g (2 lb 1 oz).
- Waterproof handlebar bag: designed to attach easily to a flat or curved handlebar, the bag is streamlined, has sealed seams and is waterproof.
- Handlebar spacers: removable spacers create space between the bag and the handlebar for hands or accessories. An elastic cord on the head tube ensures the bag's stability on rough terrain.
- Short poles: designed with shorter segments, the sturdy DAC poles fold down small to easily fit between the brake hoods on the handlebar (folded length: 30 cm/12 inches).
- Small packed volume: the tent is designed to take up minimal volume when packed, allowing you to store it in a small corner of the handlebar bag, frame bag, or backpack.
- Maximum interior space: rectangular floor and excellent ceiling height (97 cm/38 inches); large vestibule with side entry, perfect for all your gear.
- Waterproofing: polyether urethane coating on fabrics and reinforced waterproof seams for protection against the elements.
- Functional flysheet: a large StayDry™ door with integrated gutter and a vent with a brace for better ventilation.
- Drying line for wet items: internal and external clotheslines (optional) and oversized storage pockets make it easy to dry your sweat or rain-soaked items for a dry start the next day.
- Practical pockets for electronics: convenient cord passages in all pockets.
- Simple setup and storage: with its central connecting pole system and the symmetry of the design, it sets up very quickly. Its carry bag is very compact.
- Mosquito net for a stunning view of the stars: set up only the inner tent and fall asleep watching the stars through the mosquito net above your head.
- Robust down to the details: reinforced parts, double-stitched guy line attachments, anodized metal eyes for the peg loop attachments.
