The satchel has a separated 17 inch laptop storage and one flat zipped pocket ideal for smaller items as pocket change & keys. The clip-on system is adjustable for each bike. Turn the wheels to make the attachment clips larger or smaller. Adjust them to fit your rack. Once the clips are set, you can easily take the bag on and off your bike. You no longer need to turn the wheels to do this. When the bag is on your bike, pull the middle loop towards you. This ensures that your bag stays put while cycling. when your commute is over, you can pull the shoulder strap out of the main compartment to carry it.
