You have 14 calendar days to change your mind, starting on the day after the delivery of your order or your purchase in the Store. Within this period, you must exchange your product(s) or send your return package by post. As an Explore More member, you get extra time, meaning this period is extended to 30 days.

We can help you out whichever way you like. You choose! We are at your service from Monday to Friday from 10am to 9pm. On Saturdays, we are at your service from 10am to 6pm, on Sundays from 10am to 4pm. We take a break on public holidays, which means our customer service is closed on those days.
